The work was done to satisfaction. But still recovering from the exorbitant fee we signed for without seeking a second quote,! Entirely our mistake as aging Seniors 80+, one of whom is under medication for extreme anxiety. Hence the poor judgement and decision making! Be that as it may, we take comfort and are grateful that the CEO, no less, was present along with another licensed
plumber and a young helper to finish the task the same day. On principle, and in practice, we have never grudged paying for services rendered by the various trades we have had to use, mindful that these are one time costs that we need to endure cheerfully, from time to time. After all, businesses have overheads and we hope their employees are compensated with the same generosity. So in that spirit of goodwill, I would recommend Preferred Plumbing.

Another job by the Preferred Plumbing team. From pleasant reception by the office staff, prompt scheduling of the service call to the finish, Preferred Plumbing provided excellent service. While attending his plumbing work, I must add that it was Rafi's astute observation that brought to our attention that the electrical box was not installed at the right distance to connect the wall oven.
