Covering the greater part of the Beaches community in south Toronto, Toronto East has become a new hotbed of a community in the GTA. Stretching to the Danforth Avenue and over part of Lake Ontario, Toronto East incorporates other neighborhoods such as Riverdale, Leslieville and East Danforth. Originally colonized in around 1850, it slowly became its municipality due to the growing amounts of immigrants and citizens.
When the CN freight yard in 1908 moved away from Toronto East to Belleville and Etobicoke, it opened up to new housing development and a bustling residential area. Many houses and complexes still exist from that time as well as new housing developments in the area. Maneuvering around the different housing structures and piping environments in the area, Toronto East has been one of Preferred Plumbing’s locations since our inception in 2004.
Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc. is located fairly close to Toronto East. If you are looking for a Markham plumber get in touch with us.
