Customer Service Representative
Preferred Plumbing Solutions, Inc. of Markham, ON is seeking a reliable and organized full-time Customer Service Representative / CSR to join our office for a 6 month contract with the potential for a permanent position.

The work schedule is Monday – Friday from 8am – 5:30pm. Schedule flexibility is highly valued. This position initially makes $18 – $21/hr (with room for pay increase based on performance within the first 6 months) and is eligible for performance bonuses as well. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to make calls to our existing client and answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle warranty calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
- Superb customer service skills
- Must love talking to people
- Proficient with various computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Applications and learn CMS quickly

PLUMBER / RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc. of Thornhill, ON is looking to hire a full-time Plumber / Residential Service Technician to go out to our clients’ homes and businesses to diagnose, service, repair, and install equipment and systems. Are you patient while providing excellent customer service? Do you maintain an enthusiastic and upbeat approach every day? Are you an accomplished technician who would like to take your career to the next level with a high-quality plumbing service provider? If so, please read on!
In addition to a $1,000 Sign Up Bonus, our service Plumbers work a full-time schedule and make a base salary of $70,000 – $150,000/yr, with commission offered as well! You will also be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, bonuses, uniforms, iPads, software, massage therapy, chiropractic services, and more.
