The work schedule is Monday – Friday from 8am – 5:30pm. Schedule flexibility is highly valued. This position initially makes $18 – $21/hr (with room for pay increase based on performance within the first 6 months) and is eligible for performance bonuses as well. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to make calls to our existing client and answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle warranty calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
- Superb customer service skills
- Must love talking to people
- Proficient with various computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Applications and learn CMS quickly
